Microsoft Netmon, Not Your Parents Analyzer

This analyzer has been around for a while and quite honestly, I’ve forgotten all about it until a reader, Deepak R Bharadwaj reminded me of it. Specifically, he mentioned using Netmon as a way to capture WiFi headers and management packets.

While looking at the product I found that this application can create a display filter based on that process or application. For example, if your application made many connections and communicated with many hosts, this would be a simple way to filter on it.
